Steve Duncan has over 20 years of experience in operations management with emphasis in manufacturing, production, and labor relations. He has worked with companies that range in size from 10 to 600 employees. He has hands-on experience with situations ranging from down-sizing to explosive growth, as well as cyclical business management. Steve has strong negotiating skills and an extensive background in off-shore sourcing.

Jerry Dettinger started a manufacturing business in his father’s garage in 1979 which grew to $65 million 20 years later. He founded Breaking Through for one reason: to help other companies of all sizes have their own piece of The American Dream.

Finance
Phil Rootes has over 30 years of financial experience in both public and industry accounting, including start-up companies and turnaround situations. He was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a $300 million dollar multinational company with 50 locations worldwide.
